We want you to feel confident and vibrant in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a different size through our instant exchange option.

  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to attach to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed via email.
